Hi I want to move my account from windows phone to android. Because my windows phone is broken and I want to play on androd but still have my account help....

You can't move accounts across platforms, you will have to start fresh on Android.

Doubly ridiculous considering anyone on Windows Phone is likely way behind the power level average on Android. Mostly its just because they don't feel like it, which is what dictates most of their policies.
