Tap ur town hall there you will see change user name, if you are newbie for this game then go to event >hot>change name. Remember for change your name it will cost 1000 jewels.

if it's for the 1st time.. than u can go to the chest on the right corner..-> Hot -> scroll down.. there si a task "what is your name.."... u click on and u can write your name and get 20 gems as rewards (at least on android
