I’ve made a purchase on the App Store with which I wanted to buy a Shaman and evolution shards, but only the gems where added.
Some help would be appreciated . Thank you in advance

I'm very sorry to hear that, but the place to go in this case is not the forum, but Live Support. We can't do anything for you. Have you already tried at Live Support?
