Landslide lvl 130 skill 12 leo seems to be stronger than pounder lvl 160 skill 12 libra. Is that true? People are quit using pounder for their set up.

You are correct. LS indeed is better than pdr.

Ls Skill is great . compared to Pdr skill who is just bad in bases mode and not enough in arena
LS divine/skill is good enough in Arena to damage merc
getting  LS skill 16-18 and virago is a huge step forward .
