He is using an android phone while i am using an iphone,i can't join his clan and i can't see the channel chat.

android and ios have diffent servers so you can play with anyone on android

Android servers are different than IOS servers cause the Android and IOS servers can't match  ...

Sadly they will not. The top players in android completely annihalate the top players in ios and it is not fair for the top players of ios since the game hasnt been out as long.
