I was waiting to use them till I upgraded my base,they were in event winners gold chest complete premium heroes upgrade for 5 heroes of choice,I updated to igg version of clash of lords 2 and my gold chest vanished and they were never put back, its been 4 years explain why so long and help return them please,all players,GM 165 090 996

Not to be negative, but I highly doubt that there is any possibility of getting reimbursed for an item from 4 years ago...
