Few days ago, Windows phone English server was merged with Android English server 1. Some WP user confirmed their Coliseum fame reset back to 500, but not happen with rewards, it's still claimed.




then i should pass 2K fame again, and got nothing?
i've contact to live support, but they said it was normal when server merged, all fame was reset. but this is not normal.

anyone WP user happen this?

I am not a WP user, but I also do not notice an update notification on the forums by the admin. Is WP already updated to the latest release? If not, then it might take until the update for your progress to reset, but this is just a very big assumption.

Fyi, wp english server was merged with android english 1 server, 2 days ago. It takes around 5 hours for maintenance. After maintenance end, coliseum fame reset back to 500. Did you see the picture? Highest fame achieved: 2553 Current fame: 752 What happen??

Even I lost match 200 times in a row, it's only back around 1k fame.

Your story makes sense now. It makes sense for them to reset the progress on coliseum, but it would have made more sense to do it immediately after the update. The merge, I'm talking about. You will have to put yourself through the pain again of getting to 3k fame
