i got all 12 glory points and im stuck at level 180 and i cant upgrade the level anymore how do i get to 200???

You will need to evolve your heroes if you want them to have a higher max hero level. Cancer, Virgo, Sagittarius and pisces give +5 max hero level. So that ends up at hero level 200 when you have your desired hero at pisces evolution.
