I wish that I could help you out with filling the blanks. But as much as I do know about said heroes are that both situational, but they do fairly well in whatever mode is chosen.

Depending on your progress in the game though, battle royale, guild clash and arena knockback technique are most likely in favor of Wolfenfiend. Especially on low/mid game progression.

Lets just say that Stormrider is pretty much the ace against Wolf specifically. Slowing him down and reducing pretty much what Wolf has to offer in offensive power is what makes this hero such a gamble: he's aerial. Hard to be countered, but kind of like a debuffer who packs a powerful divine power.
