They host events all the time... although the prizes are less significant although have more winners. This is just over the past month.
50 winners of 15 WT essences
50 winners of 300 jewels or Rings or AS shards
50 winners of 300 wolvenfiend shards
50 winners of 20 ET essences
100 winners of 20 TS essences

For HIGH end prizes please pay attention to the forum events here. I will push for more significant grand prizes.

I know this isn't 100% relevant to the OP, since it looks like those rewards came from events, but has IGG ever given an official response to discrepancies in free stuff between servers? Especially that ridiculous new year reward of 2 tyrants brands
