Please filtering the Character Name



How come other peoples can create same Character Name ? It can abuse on someone, make riot, etc

in example  (If you don't trust me, go check at Lords Leage Rank) :
DEADPOOL, Deadpool, deadpool
Venom, venom, VENOM

NOTE : Please Prioritize this issue

this is kind of off topic but why cant we have spaces between guild names anymore? I contacted support because I was trying to make a new guild and it kept saying invalid character they looked at the name said to either pick a new one or use underscores. My first guild has a space in it i dont understand this.
