Recently, we have detected several accounts engaging in illegal activities. This has caused trouble for many of our loyal and dedicated players and we apologize for any inconveniences caused. We would like to take this opportunity to make a public statement about account security and fair play.

Firstly, we thank all our players for their support in helping us create and maintain a safe and fair playing environment. We take this matter very seriously and will not condone any form of cheating or exploitation.

Third parties or players who provide cheating services have ulterior motives. Engaging their services or using any software they provide is not only unfair, but also exposes your and other players’ accounts to security risks.

In order to preserve a safe and fair gaming environment, we urge all players to safeguard their accounts and devices by not engaging in any of the following: 

1. Use of Third Party Software
Any form of software or application designed to manipulate gameplay and/or provide unfair advantages must be avoided. Use of these would put your account, device, and privacy at risk!

Third Party Software includes:
  Hacks, "Mods," or programs that unfairly alter the game.
  “Bots” or gameplay automating programs.
  Programs or “Mods” that provide unearned progress/rewards.

2. Acquisition of Items through Illegal Means
Some players have been found to being acquiring items through illegal means. We condemn such activities and will not hesitate to permanently ban any accounts found to be involved. We urge players to never participate in such activities in order to protect our gaming environment!

3.Account Trading
Account traders often advertise the sale of advanced accounts to bait eager and unsuspecting players. Do not trust them! The risks of account trading are extremely high and we will not condone such activities. 

The risks include:
  Seller failing to hand over the account after receiving the money.
  Seller maintaining access and control over the account. 
  Seller potentially selling the same account to multiple players. 
  Purchasing an account slated for a permanent ban or already permanently banned.
  Inability to properly secure the account.
  Never truly owning the account despite having spent money to obtain it.

good job, this is for us workhorses that have spent the last 2 years grinding away at this game! Please keep on banning these cheaters! There are plenty of them!

Thank you for taking a strong stand against cheating. I often see people on Facebook advertising some of these cheating programs. I hope that these problems are addressed in a timely fashion, and that legitimate players that enjoy this game will continue to stand up for each other.

Once IGG stops cheating maybe others will!? That's just a recent issue via photos.. non disclosure, refusing refunds, horrible support,zero fault 24/7

I understand there was an issue with a player cheating with impossible stats and may not be IGGs fault complicity and affected a some high end spenders to create negative names against IGG.

This post is insulting to everyone.
Just because a few huge spenders finally spoke up we get a response while there are thousands or hundreds of thousands of people that also spend and are actually more $$ money possible for you but you ignore us or respond to anything.
The complete lack of fault or disclosure is also extremely aggravating and pointing fingers at others is child like.

Many of us are here to help people and do more than mods do on a daily basis. This is proof of igg laziness. I was asked to be the mod with the W83 of a wiki and given almost nothing info wise, just photos of what buildings look like at stages oh and we didn't have mod privileges of actually being mods of using simple scripts or edit basic photos. Why have a wiki in the first place when there are many more with better info than one run by IGG it self?!

If you continue on this path everyone will finally understand why there are so many anti igg , not just a few or a few thousand

I have updated my iPad and lost my IGG account on level 40 and now playing with new account on level 23; not even sure if this time it's safe and the probe won't happen again. Will be grateful if someone could help me on this. This time I tried to to register my IGG account with alpha numeric account ID her eat the forum and still in doubt....  On iPad it doesn't give us option to register...

i have strange defense report in this final week GC, Clash of Lords 2 BUG or Cheating Player (Droid Mp)???
i hope there are some explanation about this ..
